Be Sure To Judge Yourself

 

I will judge myself often while I still live in the flesh, by the daily examination of conscience with its act of perfect contrition and by the frequent and sorrowful reception of the Sacrament of Penance.  If I judge myself, I shall not be judged to my condemnation.
