To Whom Do We Belong?

The Worst Poverty

(Image Source: Wikimedia Commons) " When I pick up a person from the street, hungry, I give him a plate of rice, a piece of bread. But a person who is shut out, who feels unwanted, unloved, terrified, the person who has been thrown out of society – that spiritual poverty is much harder to overcome. And abortion, which often follows from contraception, brings a people to be spiritually poor, and that is the worst poverty and the most difficult to overcome."  Saint Teresa of Calcutta

The Gift of Silence

We need to be alone with God in silence to be renewed and to be transformed.   Silence is a new outlook on life.   Silence is at the root of our union with God and with one another. Saint Teresa of Calcutta

To Have Eyes To See You

(Image source: Wikimedia Commons )     Though You hide yourself behind the unattractive disguise of the irritable, the exacting, and the unreasonable, may I still recognize You and say: Jesus, my patient, how sweet it is to serve You.  Prayer of St.Teresa of Calcutta

Silence

We need to be alone with God in silence to be renewed and to be transformed.   Silence is a new outlook on life.   Silence is at the root of our union with God and with one another. St. Teresa of Calcutta

Be Faithful.
